Refund Policy
We want customers to be happy with their order. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, customers should contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Return requests
To request support, please use the Contact page or reply to the order confirmation. Include the order number, a clear description of the issue and photos or video where relevant.
Condition of items
Items should be unused, in the original condition and with the original packaging where possible. Used wearable cooling products may not be accepted for return unless they are defective.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will normally be processed back to the original payment method. Processing time can vary by payment provider.
Non-returnable situations
Returns may be refused if the item has been used, damaged after delivery, returned without approval, or if the request is made outside the stated time period.
